Erik Stenberg is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Southern California office of Nyman Turkish PC with over a decade of experience in all stages of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals process. In his own words, Erik’s motivation stems from a profound dedication: “I will only ever represent injured and disabled workers. Protecting workers’ rights is my passion.” He is committed to advocating aggressively for equitable and just resolutions for his clients and has litigated hundreds of trials to secure those goals.

Outside of practicing Workers’ Compensation law, Erik has practiced in the areas of Employment and Administrative law, litigating wage and hour disputes, and working as a legal consultant for compliance with OSHA regulations. He received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law where he was awarded certifications in Tax and Entertainment Law.

When not litigating, Erik enjoys competing in fencing tournaments throughout Southern California, putting to practice his ongoing studies into historical martial arts, including Italian rapier, Scottish broadsword, and German longsword.
