Erick Sandoval is a Senior Associate Attorney at Nyman Turkish’s Southern California Workers’ Compensation office. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Pacific Coast University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach.

His career in workers’ compensation began as a paralegal while attending law school in 2014. He gained valuable experience working on the defense side of workers’ compensation. After becoming a licensed attorney in 2017, he continued as a defense attorney, representing insurance companies. Now, Erick leverages this unique perspective to represent injured workers at Nyman Turkish. He brings a deep understanding of how insurance companies operate, allowing him to advocate more effectively for his clients. Erick states, “I love taking care of a client that is not being treated fairly by the insurance company when it comes to receiving the benefits they are entitled to, whether it is medical treatment, reimbursements, or disability benefits.”

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his two dogs, as well as golfing, snowboarding, scuba diving, and traveling.
