After Settlement In Airport Case, Parties Return To Court

Months after settling a lawsuit with the Wayne County Airport Authority, Nyman Turkish clients Michael Harris and Karla Hudson returned to Federal Court. This time, they asked the Court to compel the WCAA to abide by the terms of the settlement agreement. Oral arguments on the issue were heard at the District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Both parties are currently waiting for a ruling from the Court.
