Stephanie Helzer holds a B.A. in Business Marketing from California State University, Chico. She joined the Firm in May 2018 as a receptionist and quickly demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills. Within nine months, she was promoted to Application Specialist, and by March 2020, she advanced to Director of Resource Management and Accounting. Stephanie currently serves as the Firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. In 2024, she earned her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential, further strengthening her expertise in human resources and organizational leadership.
Stephanie greatly values her role and the meaningful professional relationships she has built with her colleagues over the years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, connecting with friends and family, going on boating excursions, and playing with her beloved dog.
