Richard Chapman is an Associate Workers’ Compensation Attorney at Nyman Turkish’s Roseville office, where he represents clients through all stages of litigation. His practice includes defending depositions, appearing in court, drafting motions and petitions, conducting legal research, and assisting clients with complex cases.
Richard earned his undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. While in law school, he interned with the El Cajon Alternate Public Defenders’ Office, where he led discovery on a homicide case. After starting his career in civil litigation defense, he transitioned to representing individuals and joined the firm in November 2025.
Richard is passionate about advocating for those in desperate situations and believes justice is measured by how society treats its vulnerable individuals. In his free time, he enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with his family.
