With nearly a decade at Nyman Turkish PC, Rachel Navalta has built her career around a passion for helping individuals with disabilities and ensuring they feel supported throughout the legal process. She joined the firm in 2017 as a legal assistant and advanced through roles including Director of Client Services before stepping into her current position as Chief Process Officer. Her experience across these roles has given her a strong understanding of every stage of a client’s case—from initial contact through resolution.
Having worked hands-on with thousands of clients, Rachel approaches her work the same way she would for a family member—wanting them to have the best experience possible and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. She uses that perspective to strengthen how cases are handled for both clients and team members, with a focus on care, consistency, and attention to detail. Rachel partners closely with the firm’s technology team to support innovation and implement solutions that enhance operations and help the firm remain a leader in disability law.
Rachel oversees Quality Assurance, reputation management, and firmwide content, reinforcing a consistent standard of excellence across both client experience and brand presence.
Rachel holds a B.A. in Professional Communications with a Minor in Business Management from Siena Heights University, along with a certificate in Broadcast Media Arts from Specs Howard School of Media Arts. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, outdoors, music, and staying active.
