Michelle Carlson serves as the Director of Talent Management at Nyman Turkish, working out of the firm’s Roseville, CA office, where she partners closely with leadership to build, support, and retain high‑performing teams across the organization. Michelle oversees talent strategy, recruitment, and workforce planning, with a focus on aligning people practices to the firm’s long‑term growth and client service goals.  
 
Michelle brings more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition and people leadership, with a proven ability to develop scalable recruiting strategies and strengthen internal processes. Drawn to how organizations grow through people, Michelle joined Nyman Turkish for its collaborative culture, commitment to excellence, and the opportunity to support a mission‑driven law practice through thoughtful talent strategy. 

Michelle has completed professional development coursework in leadership and people management and continues to invest in ongoing learning to stay current on best practices in talent, engagement, and organizational development. She finds great fulfillment in supporting the legal profession by helping attorneys and staff thrive in roles where they can do their best work, believing that strong teams are foundational to exceptional legal service.  
 
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her son, staying active, and focusing on personal growth and wellbeing. She also has a strong passion for cars and music and enjoys sharing those interests whenever she can.
