Marc Shutman is a Senior Associate Attorney at Nyman Turkish’s Southern California Workers’ Compensation office. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from California State University Los Angeles. Admitted to the California State Bar, Marc has been practicing workers’ compensation for over 10 years, exclusively as an Applicant Attorney, and takes pride in representing injured workers throughout his entire career.

Marc has a strong record of numerous wins at trial and on appeal, along with countless beneficial settlements for his clients. He prefers to approach conflicts with an eye toward resolution, cutting through to the heart of the matter and finding compromises that serve his clients efficiently.

Outside of work, Marc is an avid player of strategy games, participates in several intramural sports leagues, and enjoys spending time with his dogs.
