Kristin Teefey joined Nyman Turkish in 2024 and has played a key role in building the firm’s Quality Assurance program from the ground up. She established a comprehensive evaluation and dispute process to ensure every client experience meets the highest standards of service while maintaining strict compliance.
Kristin manages and coaches the QA team, ensuring consistency in evaluations and continuously refining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. She analyzes trends to identify root causes and collaborates with leadership to enhance team member performance across the firm. She also oversees the Firm’s online review presence, proactively addressing client feedback, and working directly with clients to resolve concerns and strengthen relationships.
With more than 20 years of customer service experience, Kristin is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, respectful support to clients navigating difficult circumstances. She values being part of a team that keeps clients at the center of everything we do, recognizing that when individuals trust us with such personal challenges, they deserve empathy, respect, and thoughtful, attentive case handling every step of the way.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, and relaxing on the lake during the summer.
