As Co-Director of SSD Client Intake, Brittney oversees the intake department, which plays a vital role as the first point of contact for individuals seeking support from the Firm. Under her leadership, Brittney ensures that every client is met with empathy, professionalism, and care from the very beginning of their SSD journey. Brittney joined the Firm in August 2018 as a Legal Assistant on the Intake Team, where she conducted client evaluations and worked closely with her peers. Brittney’s dedication and natural leadership lead her to a promotion to Team Lead in 2020, where she began mentoring team members and taking on greater responsibilities. In 2024, Brittney advanced to Senior Team Lead, helping guide the team to new levels of excellence. Brittney’s continued impact and commitment to client care earned her the role of Co-Director of SSD Intake in August 2025. What drives Brittney the most is the opportunity to help people during some of the most difficult times in their lives. She takes pride in leading a team that treats every client with compassion and respect, knowing that their first interaction with the Firm can make all the difference.
Outside of work, Brittney enjoys reading, attending sporting events with her husband Mike, spending time with friends, and chasing after her energetic toddler son. Brittney’s weekends are devoted to family time, which she cherishes deeply.
