Brant Bruner, Esq. is the Workers’ Compensation Department Chair and Senior Counsel at Nyman Turkish, PC, and is a California State Bar Certified Legal Specialist in Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Bruner has spent his entire legal career fighting for the rights of injured workers and employees, and their families.
Mr. Bruner has also been named to the prestigious Super Lawyers Rising Stars List, by Thomson Reuters, the last four years in a row – from 2020 thru 2023 – a distinction which he is particularly proud of, as the award is based on peer recognition, and is nominated and voted on by other practicing attorneys.

Prior to law school, Mr. Bruner received his B.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington, in Seattle, WA, with minors in both Political Science and Spanish, after receiving his A.A. in both Sociology and Pre-Law from Santa Monica College, in Santa Monica, CA.
