As Co-Director of SSD Client Intake, Aaron oversees the intake department, ensuring every case begins with the care, attention, and professionalism each client deserves. Based in Kennesaw, Georgia, he plays a key role in guiding individuals through the first steps of their Social Security Disability journey and connecting them with the support they need to move forward. Aaron joined Nyman Turkish in the summer of 2020 as an Intake Specialist during the height of the pandemic. It quickly grew into a deep passion for helping people during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Seeing clients who were first signed up years ago finally receive their disability benefits remains one of the most rewarding aspects of his role.
Aaron takes great pride in having advanced into leadership roles throughout his career, consistently recognized for his natural leadership abilities, integrity, and dedication to excellence. He holds himself to high standards and leads by example, earning the respect and trust of those around him. The care and compassion he puts into his work are reflected in the dedicated team members he’s helped develop—each carrying forward his commitment to serving our clients with empathy and excellence every day.
Outside of work, Aaron is passionate about fitness and can often be found in the gym or enjoying long walks in nature while listening to an audiobook.
