Attorney’s fees in Social Security Disability Cases are regulated by federal law. If you win, the fee is 25% of the retroactive benefits you receive, capped at $6,000. There is no fee if you lose. Clients agree to reimburse any expenses incurred during representation, including, but not limited to, medical reports, hospital records, and other related expenses. These expenses will not exceed $100, unless the client is notified in advance of excess charges. The no-fee promise only applies to Social Security Disability claims. |
